Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
