- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 50+ clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop and implement cost-saving financial strategies
- Mentor junior accountants and interns
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA required
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Expertise in tax preparation and forensic accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
