Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain robust financial reporting systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proven leadership in process optimization and team collaboration
- Active Washington State CPA license required
