Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit schedules.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- CPA certification preferred or CPA candidacy in progress.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
