Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles with precision
- Oversee general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Analyze financial data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in financial reporting and month-end closing
