Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Implement process improvements for accounting efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in process optimization
