Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
