Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations across multi-entity portfolios
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Drive SOX compliance documentation and internal control audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (BlackLine, FloQast)
- Mentor junior accountants and provide technical accounting guidance
- Support M&A activities due diligence and post-merger integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VBA) and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with multinational consolidation and intercompany accounting
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
