As a key member of our finance department, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict attention to deadlines
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams for quarterly and annual filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with FP&A to support budgeting and forecasting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
