- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX documentation
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Manage audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and internal controls
