Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefits changes
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and auditing
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records in compliance with FLSA
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with weekly pay cycles
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FL state labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
