Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and support long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and auditing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
