Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ high-growth tech clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Implement and optimize internal controls and SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and evolving tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech/CPA firms
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (Advanced functions)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Remote work experience with self-discipline and time management
