Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance documentation
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Lead audits and financial reviews while maintaining relationships with external auditors
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP compliance, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience managing month-end close processes and financial audits
