Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct financial audits and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of managing complex financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with minimal supervision
