Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, payroll, and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with tax professionals on tax filings and planning
- Provide financial insights to support client decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication for client reporting
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
