Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end/quarter-end closings
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with executive-level analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (NetSuite/QuickBooks)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP standards and financial reporting frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
