Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead internal control audits and compliance documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and process improvements
- Mentor junior accounting staff on GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables/VLOOKUPs
- SOX compliance and internal control experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Remote work experience in a fast-paced environment
