Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
