Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Lead special projects including financial modeling and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven remote work capability and self-discipline
- Oklahoma CPA license required
