Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for portfolio companies including month-end close
- Lead internal control audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop cash flow forecasts and working capital optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and NY financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel modeling
- Strong audit and compliance background
- Proven ability to manage multi-state operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
