Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors during annual reviews.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
