Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial accuracy
- Coordinate audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
