Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile GL accounts and assist with month-end closing
- Optimize invoice workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Maintain detailed financial documentation
- Lead AP team projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
- Experience managing vendor portals and EDI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
