Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations across multi-entity accounts
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Collaborate with audit teams and ensure regulatory adherence
- Maintain internal controls documentation and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with multinational tax compliance requirements
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting processes
