Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for multiple client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using automation tools like QuickBooks Online
- Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff through virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
