Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, month-end closes, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for executive reporting
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in remote environments
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Deep understanding of Nevada tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multi-state financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
