Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/quarter-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Conduct financial audits, variance analyses, and regulatory compliance reviews
- Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain internal controls documentation and SOX compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with public and corporate finance exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (including PivotTables/VLOOKUPs)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex financial cycles and deliver accurate reporting
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in remote environment
