Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare tax documentation and support audits
- Implement and improve internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
