Your Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end general ledger accounting and monthly close processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and support external audit requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial guidance and strategic insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
