What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee compensation records.
- Perform internal audits and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast budgets and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
