Your Role
As our Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and maintain the general ledger with precision.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and conduct variance analysis to drive cost optimization.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a preference for public accounting or corporate finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
