Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budgeting forecasts
- Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
