Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Mentor junior accounting staff and support process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
