We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-month-end closing process, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and compliant with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget forecasting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings in collaboration with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Reconcile complex bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Conduct internal audits of financial processes to identify inefficiencies and implement controls.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
