Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are current and accurate.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain and update financial databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
