Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for Texas-based clients
- Conduct audits of financial records and internal controls
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Texas tax compliance knowledge (sales, payroll, franchise)
- Proven experience with remote work tools and protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
