Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Expertise in month-end close procedures and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of process improvement
- Tax preparation experience a plus
