Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage complex month-end closing processes including reconciliations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives across multiple departments
- Develop internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support tax compliance initiatives and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in remote environments
