Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes with GAAP compliance oversight
- Lead financial statement preparation and variance analysis for executive stakeholders
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional finance team members
- Analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and treasury operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record in audit preparation and compliance management
