Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and addressing account concerns
- Actively promote bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transaction records
- Support branch operations through document preparation and filing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office technology and banking software
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit review
