- Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for S-Corporations and Partnerships
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Conduct audits of financial processes and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
