Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex financial statements and balance sheets
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and month-end closing
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel advanced functions
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
