Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for operational insights
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis for leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in corporate environments
