Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and process improvements
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP/FASB standards
- Develop financial reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
