Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and cash flow management
- Lead financial audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced ERP systems
- Develop ad-hoc financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working remotely with asynchronous communication tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities
