Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and forecasting
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
