Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage multi-state tax compliance filings and audits
- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliations
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows
- Implement process improvements using accounting software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Proven success with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Remote work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
