Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive dashboards for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and Nevada state regulations
- Lead process improvements using financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and implement internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven experience with multi-state taxation (NV focus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Remote work experience preferred
