Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience with month-end close processes and reconciliations
